All Stock units are refundable up to 15 days after receipt. There is a restocking/shipment fee of $35 to help offset costs should you decide not to keep your hair system. The unit MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKING, UN-STYLED, UN-CUT, IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION RECEIVED. Please call 843-319-3062 to initiate a refund request. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your refund minus any additional shipping and restocking fee.
All custom designed orders are time sensitive and non-refundable after 48 hours of submitting your custom design specs and deposit for processing. If you have changes that need to be added to or deleted from your design, please let us know right away.
Changes after the order is in production are subject to additional processing fee(s). An example of an additional fee after order is in production could be if you desire the hair length to be longer than is marked on the design spec sheet. Another example would be to add a part/break or area coverage option.
Please be sure that you and your stylist are in agreement as to the desired finished look. You may always set up a virtual or phone appointment with OH Design Support to verify your design before placing your order. A picture of yourself or desired look is a great way to convey your design.
Custom Built Designs take time to create in the lab by specially trained hair ventilation artisans. Expected delivery time for custom orders is 4 - 6 months with an average delivery time of 5 months.
Custom Designs are warranted against manufacturer defects. The created system must be returned and reviewed by the manufacturer before granting a factory free remake in the event of factory error. This process adds to the time frame completion so please be sure to check the design and sign off on the design before the order is placed. Because the work is 100% custom, we are unable to provide refunds for custom designed hair systems of any kind, i.e., human hair or created fiber.

To initiate a warranty approval request, the hair system must be returned to the lab for inspection of claim within 30 of receipt. Please state reason for warranty request. If found to be manufacturer error, the hair system will be made at no additional cost. No changes to original custom sheet are allowed as this would constitute a new custom build. Please keep in mind the new build, if warranty approved, will take the same amount of time as first build (4 - 6 months). The lab will not release the faulty hair system back to the end user during time of rebuild. The faulty system is discarded by the lab.
